In the spirit of Mental Health Awareness Month and Mother’s Day, we'd like to  make May all about you. Thirty-one days - not just one - to slow down, take some deep breaths, and as our friend Rosdaly Ramirez recommends, "Remember you were you before being a mom, think of who you were, and take care of her.”

We understand that making time for yourself can seem like an impossible task so we’re reminding you that self care is an important part of making sure you are able to bring your best self to caring for your family. Join us this May for Self-Care Bingo!

Why bingo? We thought breaking it down to bite size chunks would help make it easier for you to nourish your mind, body and spirit. Our “Take a Moment, Mama” bingo makes it fun to incorporate self-care into your routine. Share your progress with your mom friends and on social by tagging @belabumbum. One participant will be chosen each week to receive a special gift for playing.
